Terms and Conditions:
- The subsidies and assistance related to this fund are limited to Alcantara Group Holding Company employees, while ensuring complete confidentiality for each case
- All requests for aid are submitted by the group’s employees wishing to obtain assistance via the electronic link
- All cases and requests are studied by a specialized committee, and each case will be contacted within 5 to 10 working days
- Priority in aid is limited to distressed humanitarian cases, cases of illness, marriage and childbirth. The applicant must.
- Those wishing to obtain aid and financial assistance must provide a comprehensive explanation of the situation, explaining all the reasons and circumstances that led to the need for aid.
- The applicant must provide and attach all supporting papers and documents to the application through which the competent committee can take all measures.
- Priority of submission and approval for distressed humanitarian cases.
